Airmanship, situational awareness and TEM

This chapter ties the whole subject together. Airmanship is the goal; Situational Awareness (SA) is what feeds good decisions; and Threat and Error Management (TEM) and CRM are the frameworks that turn awareness into safe outcomes. All pilots are now required to have a basic understanding of CRM and TEM.
