This is the Hardware corner of SHELL, the cockpit you sit in, and the recurring theme is design-induced error: accidents that look like "pilot error" but were really invited by poor design. Good ergonomics files down the jagged edges between you and the machine; bad ergonomics sets traps. The PPL exam doesn't require the advanced instrument detail, but the ergonomic principles and the classic design traps are fair game.
