Delete your PPL Buddy account

You can permanently delete your PPL Buddy account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. Delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in to your PPL Buddy account, return to this page, and use the Delete my account permanently button below. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and you are signed out straight away.

2. Ask us by email

Prefer us to do it? Email hello@pplbuddy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and email address;
• all your study data — sections viewed, practice and mock-exam results, and your flashcard review schedules;
• your subscription and access record held in your account.

If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account also cancels that subscription so you aren’t billed again (you can also cancel it beforehand with the Manage subscription button in the site header). Payment and invoice records are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and are retained only as long as required for tax and accounting — see our Privacy Policy for detail on data we keep and for how long.
